VBR Rave: Lippy Girl Makeup Vegotastic Vegan Lipgloss
When it comes to vegan lip glosses, they are definitely not all created equally. And if you’re as picky as I am when it comes to glossies, finding ones that have the perfect amount of shine and moisture, sans any goopy, sticky feeling is essential… also doesn’t hurt if they smell delicious, haha. Enter new my new bae: Lippy Girl Makeup Vegotastic Vegan Lipgloss.
You guys are gonna love these because first of all, they’re made by a girl boss in Canada (s/o to Darcey!) who has pet chickens who wear hand-knitted sweaters… c’mon now, how is that not enough to wanna make you support this chick?! 😉 Anyhoo, all of the ingredients (most of which are organic) in these vegan lip glosses are Ecocert plant-based oils and waxes (e.g. jojoba, castor seed, and shea butter), and they’re pigmented with top-grade minerals (yassss, straight from the earth, baby!). These glosses are squeaky clean and non-toxic, and the colors are GORG! The formula is ace, too – buttery, non-sticky, moisture-rich, and they really do smell yummy!
Vegotastic Vegan Lipgloss Shades:
- Plum Perfect: blackberry or deep plum, as its name implies
- Pookie: peachy pink nude
- Man-Eater: natural, earthy mineral red
- Unicorn Frost: a clear gloss with shimmer (a fantastic topper)
- Bestie: a beautiful, nude mauve

My favorite shades are Bestie and Unicorn Frost (goes perfectly on top of any lip color). Seriously, y’all, they’re sooooo pretty and they feel amazing on the lips! Which shades caught your eye?
